Trunas permissions apply to folders but not files

I have trunas 13 u1.1 installed,applied advanced permissions to dataset allowing everything except (delete children and delete) ,when i create a folder in windows and try to delete it,it does not allow me which is what i want but if i create a new text document or word doc and try to delete it,it get deleted,why permissions are not inherited to files ?
