Hello everybody.
I have TrueNAS on a Virtual Machine and have recently added a second network interface to it. After seeing it not work the way I was imagening, I removed the second network interface completly. But this is where the trouble starts. I tried accessing my windows share, but got the error "Microsoft Windows Network: The local devicename is already in use". Also the Server is not showing up in the windows network neighbourhood. I tried it on a second windows machine and same result. I can't even ping the IP of TrueNAS anymore, but can access the web gui just fine.
I already tried resetting my first network interface, with no changes. Also tried deleting and creating a new SMB share, but also nothing.
Can someone explain, why this might happen, or what to try as a fix.
Does it have something to do with the second interface?
