TrueNAS Scale Windows VM not able to connect to SMB shares on Host

I have several Windows VMs that are unable to "see" their host. No ping reply, not able to "see" shares on the host,etc. Windows Explorer does not show the host even though mDNS and WS-Discovery are turned on.

What am I missing ? I can map to a TrueNAS Core system with no problems.
