TrueNAS Scale unable to access Web UI after Core settings restore

Hello, I did a bunch of searching and couldn't find this issue.

I updated my machine to the latest CORE Version 13 U5 and attempted migrate to SCALE V22.12.3.2. AFTER backing up my config of course. Everything went well or so it seemed. It got to the 1-9 menu and everything seemed ok but I was unable to access the Web UI.
I rebooted and tried to reconfigure the network interfaces and IP addresses but what was very strange is I couldn't even ping the server but my Unifi UDM Pro could see that it had the correct IP. Thinking this could be something with the migration, I started from scratch and installed SCALE on a new drive etc.
Again everything went well and after the install and getting to the 1-9 menu I could log into the web UI without issue. So I uploaded my backup configuration and rebooted but it went back to the same issue, unable to ping the IP address and no web UI access.

Is there something I can troubleshoot this from the TrueNAS CLI or Linux CLI? I'm no expert in CLI. I checked the time in the bios and it was off by a bit but even after fixing it still didn't help.

Any help would be appreciated.
