Truenas scale sending thousands request to 'dot' domain

Recently I have created bridge on truenas scale with option -syncpeer to enable multicast for my homeassistance VM.
Now I see 65000+ requests per day from truenas ip (see screenshot). Homeassistance VM has different ip and i didn't see that behaviour when I was running it on dedicated hardware. Also "ix-truenas" isn't what I set form my host name. Have no idea where it coming from...
It doesn't look like normal behaviour too me.

tried with out -syncpeer - not much difference. ns request still going out just every 2 sec ish.. instead of every 1 sec.

Using pihole from truecharts. No issues. I guess they have different way to deploy the app

Are you using the Pihole app? Then reach at @truecharts on their Discord channel. I personally would never use Pihole as Scale app on my home lab, I don't want my entire network to be affected if my Scale server is down. I do use Pihole externally on dual Raspberry Pis and I don't have any issues you mention, so is related to your network setup.
