TrueNAS SCALE - Migration from CORE 12-U2

Hello,
With the release of SCALE 21.02-1 Alpha, I am trying to "upgrade" (migrate) from 12.0-U2.
After trying the import my ZFS pool, I had to reboot by server.
On the next reboot, the console is stuck on
“A Start job is running for import ZFS pools (7h 1min 38s / no limit)” and counting...

My pool is around 60TB...

Anything I should do?
How long should I wait?

Just out of curiosity: With a pool size of 60 TB this does not seem to be playground system. Or are you that lucky? ;-)

I am trying to upgrade from 12.0-U2.

You need to be aware that there is no "upgrade" available at this stage.

Going from Stable to Alpha isn't what I would call an "upgrade" either.

Had you already upgraded the pool(s) on 12.0-U2?

my setup is fairly simple, SMB shares, Plex server.
By "upgrading" I meant installing TrueNAS SCALE on a new USB key rebooting the server and importing my zpool.
The idea of moving to SCALE is to enable Plex to use an old Nvidia P2000...

for the people who asked, I have an refurbished Dell R730xd in my mechanical room, with 12x 8TB drive in a ZRAID+2 config.
With that I also have a refurbished APC 3000XL UPS to keep my server running.

it looks like zpool import is crashing.
I have booted up TrueNAS SCALE in recovery, typed "zpool import tank", then immediate crash.

I have rolled-back to FreeNAS Core 12, without issues.

It will be a migration....from 12.0-U2 to SCALE 21.02.

There will be some documentation coming out to describe this process. It is still being tested and is not available just yet. Please wait until it is ready. Even then, it would only be recommended if you have a backup of your data.

I am running out of good Rhum.

is there a way to get some kind of timeline from the migration from CORE to SCALE.
I am only interested in mounting my 'CORE' ZFS data pools into SCALE... i can redo the configuration of the other elements.
since Debian and ZFS are 'release' quality, I am not sure why this cannot be done?
