HI, seems that when I brought up my system network was not connected at the time, my apps service did not start, besides rebooting the server how can I restart Application Services ? A CLI has to exist for this. Reason that I just do not reboot is becuase I'm migrating data to a new system, and figured something in the cli has to exist.
