Truenas Scale 22.02 issue (Unable to load firmware rtl_nic/rtl1816e)

Good evening. I have searched for this error and didn't get any hits. I'm trying to install Truenas Scale (latest stable or beta) via USB and receiving the same error on both installs. I am running Truenas 13 currently and it has freezing issues from time-to-time so I thought I'd move to Truenas Scale.

Any positive feedback would be appreciated.
