TrueNAS functioning incorrectly

Firstly, the options from 1-12 haven't shown up, making life extremely hard.

Secondly, attempting to access the webGUI, it throws up an error on the virtual machine, error 61: connection refused.

And now, 'middleware' did not execute correctly.

I will attach a photo of what I mean.

That does look like an issue. Since you are running TN inside virtualbox, can you shell in and see if middlewared is running?

# service restart middlewared
# tail /var/log/middlewared.log

Any errors in there?
