This is my first time setting up a NAS and using TrueNas. I have installed the ISO and have booted into the console. I set up an IPv4 address but when I try to log into the web interface with another PC it says the site can not be reached. Like I said I am brand new to server setups so any help or maybe a more in depth step by step would be appreciated ! I looked through other forum posts and tried to follow along but couldn’t get it to work.

Hi thank you for the response, I followed the video and document about how to configure network settings through console. So when I originally installed it had my web interface set as 0.0.0.0 and I had followed a video from TrueNas on how to manually change that. I gave it a new IP as shown in the video. I read a post about setting up a static IP which was very similar to the video. My networks are public, DHCP is enabled on all of them. Not sure why I can not connect to the web interface. I must be doing something wrong when it comes to manually changing the network settings / IPV4 but can not pinpoint it.

What does that mean?

What IP did you give to your Truenas box? What is the IP of the PC from which you are attempting to connect to your TrueNAS box?
