Disclaimer: I am a complete noob (with no prior experience in networking) and this is my first time installing TrueNAS core on virtualbox.
This is the link to the tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y3gJoKsZtqU&t=280s (its an old tutorial but I figured all the steps were the same)
I am able to access TrueNAS through 192.168.0.101

Below is the what I see when I first bootup:
Landing Page TrueNAS.png

**I am not able to access the internet / download plugins / update /ping.
I do understand that it has something to do with configuring the default route , although I really do not understand what to type there.
This is a very simplified layout of my network

When I try to ping from the shell I get an error : ping : send to: No route to host

Did you ever resolve this issue? Your default route (option 4) should be the IP of the router/modem.
