TrueNAS-13.0-U3.1 - Users not displaying in Accounts section

Hello,

I am following the steps outlined in this article for the initial setup and connecting to our AD environment. https://www.truenas.com/docs/core/coretutorials/directoryservices/activedirectory/

For some reason, I am not seeing the GUI populating with the list of users under Accounts > Users or Groups.

The command "wbinfo -g" and "wbinfo -g" are displayng the users correctly when ran.

Is there something I'm missing outside of this configuration? I've tried removing the domain, re-adding it. Users are just not populating.

AD users don't show in Accounts sections.
