TrueCommand Pool shows Red in Widget

Hi People,

First post, happy to be here.

Quick Question.

I have a TrueCommand VM and it monitors 1 x TrueNas Core server and 4 x TrueNas Scale servers and on two of the systems, the Pool show red - on each systems admin front-end, there are no errors. What should I be looking for?
