I am running a HP dl360E generation 8 server in my house with true nas core TrueNAS-13.0-U3 and no raid card i am using the sata controller on the board and shareing the drives through iscsi for esxi but the esxi host are barely audivble but the fan speed is quite loud on the true nas server is there any suggestions on how to fix this if i can and if there is can you give me direct instruction i am very very new to true nas
