True NAS and 2 Adaptec ASR-71605 1GB Cache 16-Port 6Gbps Raid Controller Issue

Apologies if this is a stupid question but im not a storage guru. Can you use 2 raid controllers?
I have filled up all 16 hd's on my truenas so i purchased another ASR-71605 and connected more disks however i can see both raid cards on boot and i can see the additional disks if i go F8 and list the disks in the raid bios however when i boot into truenas, it only sees the orginal 16 disks on the first raid card.

Can anyone help?
