Transmission watch directory not syncing with jail storage? SOLVED. NEVER MIND!

I am not sure what is going on here, but i installed the Transmission plugin, set up jail storage, and set all of my permissions. When i click the transmission plugin on the left to set up the "watch directory" then click on /media nothing populates then i click on /media in "Incomplete Download directory" nothing populates , but when i click on /media in "script torrent done" my downloads folder that i set up in the jail storage populates. WTF am i doing wrong? i have done this a million times, i had to uninstall my plugins and this is only happening in Transmission after reinstalling. here are the images of what I'm trying to get across. when i download a torrent it just disappears.
