Hi

I have this really strange problem where RPC Port is always set to admin no matter how many times I install, reinstall the plugin

I've tried deleting the Jail its in and rebooting the freeNAS box. Any help would be amazing, not very technical myself but willing to try anything. Although it shows as running I can't access the web view :(

RPC port # is for webgui access.. It is suppose to be a #.. Enable RPC Auth Required authentication aswell and choose a username and password.. Then access at (jail-transimission ip address)192.168.x.x:9091 (default port).. For example http://192.168.x.132:9091/transmission/web/

Maybe because of the wrong data type you can no longer edit it.
you can try stopping the plugin the manually editing /usr/pbi/transmission-amd64/etc/transmission/home/settings.json

Great stuff I'll try this tonight, does anyone know where the config details are stored? Do I edit it by going into the jail then opening the command line?

Truly stuck! Tried reinstalling multiple times and still get the top screenshot when trying to edit the config, when doing the following:

cat /usr/pbi/transmission-amd64/etc/transmission/home/settings.json

Is there another config file for transmission somewhere else I can check, don't know where its pulling the admin value from :(
