I can not get transmission plugin in 8.3 to auth users (RPC and Web) based on their IP addresses (no passwords). I have whitelist enabled and listed their IP addresses and it still can not work. I checked settings json and they are same as on my other server (only transmission version is different).
did you got whitelist feature of transmission in 8.3 to work? Maybe its bug in transmission and plugin needs to be updated.
