Hello,

I have a doubt.

I have 16gb NTFS USB harddisk that has lots of movies and mp3. I want to mount this USB to the Freenas system so that i can copy files directly to folder shared by the Freenas server to the network.
I tried the option Auto Import and Import but i get error message when the server is checking the status of the hard disk

Please try this:
  1. Detach the disk in GUI
  2. Run "kldload /usr/local/modules/fuse.ko" via shell
  3. Try to import the disk again

I tried the steps you told... it worked well for 16 GB USB drive. When i tried the same for my External 1 TB harddisk it didnt work. The same error message as previous is being displayed in Storage when i try to import the 1 TB drive.

Can you try to mount it in CLI using ntfs-3g? If you don't know how to do this please post output of "camcontrol devlist" and "gpart status" when the 1TB drive is connected.
