I'm on TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02.1.

After a reboot today, the server kicked out a DEGRADED pool warning:
A missing label sounds like maybe something that can be corrected rather than bad hardware? Is there a process I can try to keep using this disk? Or, should I just throw it away and replace? (I have a few replacements on site and ready if needed.) I don't think the drive in question is a year old yet...
I was reading about a "replace" process to resilver onto that old drive. But, all of those examples included a tidy reference to the old drive (like /dev/sdf). But, mine shows a much different reference:

- Pool optimus state is DEGRADED: One or more devices could not be used because the label is missing or invalid. Sufficient replicas exist for the pool to continue functioning in a degraded state.
The following devices are not healthy:
- Disk 5791112622561353785 is UNAVAIL
