sync to make some folders available offline

Hey guys.
I'm trying to find a way to make some folders in my freeNas available offline (windows, and if its possible mac). So when I go away, I can still work on my files, and when I'm again at home, sync my files. This sync must be two-way sync, because there is more than one user that work with these files.
Rsync is no good, because I need two way sync
I can imagine that I'm not the first one who need this, so I hope there is a solution for these.

I read something about Unison, but then I found there is no more Unison for 8.2.

Any ideas?
