sync 2 freenas servers bidirectional

Hi all

I would like to have 2 freenas servers in 2 different locations. useres in location 1 shall be able to use freenas1. users in location2 shall be able to use freenas 2.

freenas 1 and freenas 2 shall have exactly the same data, available via windows share.
So I need something which checks versions and synchronize them.

what tool might be suitable for this?

I assume rsync and snapshot sync is not for both ways.
