I currently have a TrueNAS Core 13 running, mainly used for SMB (Mac and Linux). I'm still interested in some apps/plugins, like Logitech Media Server, etc.
I think Scale would be a better fit for me. The selection of apps is larger and apparently more hassle free.
I'm unsure if it already makes sense to switch _now_? I have not read much in the forum but have seen that there are still problems with truenas scale 22.12. In February is expected to come the update.
Does it make sense to switch now?
And how would you do that? Upgrade from core or complete reinstallation? Important are only the data on my ZFS mirror. There is nothing running on plugins. Only a jail with Logitech Media Server, which I would install under Scale anyway over Truecharts.
