swap_pager_getswapspace(7): failed

I keep getting this error on my FreeNAS box. Tracking the Swap Utilization chart back seems to suggest that this started right after the reboot from upgrading to 11.2-RC2.

This hasn't been an issue before; I shouldn't be running out of RAM at all (I have 72gb), so I think that this might be a bug with 11.2-RC2.

Does anyone know if it's a bug or a way to fix the issue?

hey there i am having the same issue.
I really do not have any idea where it comes from. Im running freenas 11.2-rc2, got 32gb of RAM
Im am running four jails and VM with rancher that runs 4 docker apps.
First I was thinking I had too little allocated RAM for the VM so i changed from 8gb to 16gb but the link provided by colmconn seems to suggest that VMs shouldn't cause this problem, right?
I just changed the allocated RAM so I cannot yet tell if it helped.

@Silvan Burch The bug report seems to suggest that it's a problem that is known and will be fixed in the 11.2-Release coming out in the next couple days. So I stopped bothering looking for a fix and decided to wait until the update.

hello all i am having the same issues as yourselves and i was wondering given this post was in december and we are now early jan if the update had been released and if it had worked for anyone i really am over my head and trying my best i know nothing about freenas or computers really but i am in limbo as the person that built it for me is no longer contactable
i hope someone can advise
