I am building a new to me NAS and after exchanging motherboards twice... I have what should be a working system. The odd thing is that ocasonly the system hangs while detecting my disks and will eventual boot but none of my SATA disks are present. If I run "camcontrol rescan all" It hangs again and does nothing. I do have 4 SAS SSDs that detect and work fine every time.

It seems like cold boots in usually works while warm boots are tend to not work. At this point with my limited knowledge, it seems like a bad interaction with the LSI and backplane and SATA disks..

It seems like cold boots in usually works while warm boots are tend to not work. At this point with my limited knowledge, it seems like a bad interaction with the LSI and backplane and SATA disks..
