My power went out and I restarted my freenas box but it will not boot up. It is showing error message about database errors "django.db.until.database" and a bunch of other stuff I don't understand. And help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if I have not given enough information. Please just lest me know what else I may need to include.

Not sure if this is it. But it could be either your installation or your database is borked, which is really simple to fix.
All you need to do is just to simply re-flash the drive and re-upload your backup config file.
Looking at your signature, it looks like it's well overdue for you anyway. You're still running 8.2.0 AND BETA at that, lol...
Also, you may want to look into investing in a decent UPS, especially if you value the data on it at all. It's well worth every penny. I have no idea how people run these systems and put their valuable data on and not care about things like power loss.
