Stuck at GRUB

Hi Gang!

So everything worked fine with my latest 9.10 install from a few days ago, started copying files etc. I shut the freeNAS machine down yesterday night, then started it this morning, and all I am getting on its screen is GRUB.
No errors anything whatsoever.

Any hints on where should I start?

Any chance you are dual booting with some other OS? Or was this installed on a flash drive by itself?

Thanks @dlavigne . It was only the word "GRUB" on the top of a black screen. That was all.
I also lost keyboard control for a second on bootup (trying to press F2 to enter setup).
Latest development: I rebooted, was able to have the keyboard working, entered setup, checked the memory and storage, stuck the USB in a different slot, and now it booted fine and NAS is up, files are there etc.

@icsy7867 - booting only from the USB stick.

Strange.
