Strange folders and plex plugin error?

I created my datasets called Server and Plugin Jails (see pic scrn4)

I go to file explorer instead I see homes and root (see pic scrn5)

I go to Plugins and I found the PlexMedia Server Plugin. I select and hit install instead I get an error of some sort (see pic 6)

Where did I go wrong?

Hardware specs and freenas version? Did you try reading the manual or noob guide? I would start by using the default jail dataset so there is no strange names with spaces.
