Strange email reports

I have started receiving email reports with strange characters, any idea how to solve?

This only just started happening.

It is 11.1-U6

Have you changed the locale? When did the strange emails start (eg before updating to U6, immediately after, some other time)?

Started happening yesterday, updated about 2 weeks ago. No settings have been changed.
