I might be speaking out of turn, but it looks like we don't need the dmesg.

You just need to replace the right disk.

Make sure you verify the serial numbers. If you get it wrong you'll be worse off.

Buy a replacement. Replace the failed disk. Thank ZFS for saving your data.

End of story ;)

Fixed that for you. No sense replacing a dead disk with another defective one.

While you're burning in the replacement it would be an opportune time to refresh your backup too.
