Some problems with plugins.

Hello everyone, i have problem with plagins in my freenas. FreeNAS-11.0-U4 (54848d13b).
When i want to download plagin, instead of the list of plug-ins writes "No entry has been found".
But sometimes "unable to load /api/v1.0/system/certificate/ status 500".
Can u help me? what i need to do?

and when i create jails,

That sounds like a network connectivity problem. Do you have a firewall or proxy on your network? Can you ping an Internet address (eg google.com) from the FreeNAS system?
