I was playing around with MTU settings and put in 9000 into options under Network -> Interfaces. I immediately lost access to Truenas from my computer (as well as network shares). I can get in the shell of my Truenas server. How do I undo this change to restore access?

Its best to use FreeBSD tools like ifconfig. After you have the WebUI working again, set the MTU in the UI to ensure it is permanent.

Thank you! That was very helpful. I have restored to a fully functioning Truenas again!
