I have some trouble with one of my freenas.
I started having trouble with some robocopy task a couple of weeks ago.
I have a lot of errors in the console, either :
Kernel: pid ##### (smbd), uid 20500: exited on signal 4
Kernel: pid ##### (smbd), uid 0: exited on signal 6 (core dumped)
On my windows systems, I seems to have errors with the smb client
Event ID 30804
It tells me that the server closed the connexion.
Looking into some posts, this kind of trouble appears in one version, and upgrading should resolved the issue.
The system was FreeNAS-9.10.2-U6
I was able to update the system to FreeNAS-11.1-U6
I still have my smbd crash when I have systems trying to do a robocopy
Did try some reboot
Did try a restart of the samba deamon.
service samba_server restart
Any idea on how to resolve the issue?
The only warning are about boot volume capacity and smartd
ATTENTION: 31 Octobre 2018 15:33 - smartd_daemon is not running.
ATTENTION: 31 Octobre 2018 15:33 - New feature flags are available for volume Full16To. Refer to the "Upgrading a ZFS Pool" section of the User Guide for instructions.
ATTENTION: 31 Octobre 2018 15:33 - La capacité du volume 'freenas-boot' est actuellement de 80%, alors que la valeur recommandée est inférieure à 80%.
