SMB times out on secondary interface but works over primary interface for Proxmox hosts only

I also posted this on the Proxmox forums, but I can't tell where I am liable to get more help because this only happens between proxmos and truenas. Maybe somebody here has an idea of what the issue may be.

I am standing up a new TrueNAS system to act as a backup server.

TrueNAS System:

TrueNAS-12.0-U6.1
Management access via 10.10.0.17 (default gateway 10.10.0.1)
SMB bound to ip 10.9.1.10

Client System:

Proxmox-VE Linux 5.11.22-5-pve #1 SMP PVE 5.11.22-10

Networking Setup:

VMHost to TrueNAS Connection.png

Weird Issue:

The SMB share bound to 10.9.1.10 works perfectly many Debian, Windows and CentOS systems.

When I try to do mount the same share from my Proxmox hosts, the share connection times out if I try to transfer a large file.
It works partially when using nano to write a small file with text.

It works perfectly when I bind the SMB share to the Management IP 10.10.0.17.

Why does the SMB connection fail ONLY from Proxmox when connected to via the Management Interface but partially fails via the SMB interface?

I have tried so many things:
Checked VLANS
Checked Logs
Mounted by IP and DNS, both give the same result.
etc, etc, without any luck.
