Hello all I have a bit of what seems to be a growing issue.
Last week I logged into the FreeNAS UI to find my Z2 ( 9x 3TB ) array in a degraded state. I quickly started to hunt down the drive causing the issue. When I found the drive I simply removed the drive and put it back in the server. Thinking that It might be a loose connection since I just got done moving the server into a new spot. FreeNAS seemed to be happy and returned to a Normal state for about 4 days now until about 30min ago when I logged in and noticed this message.
I am wondering is there any logs that I can have a peak at to see what drive/s (besides the obvious one) that might be causing the issue?
I run smart tests on all of the drives - Long Self-Test every 7 Days and a Short every 12 HRS.
Here is the current Pool Status page:

I have also attached each drives latest smart test. They all seem to be okay. I'm really stuck here.
Please see below posts for ( CODE BLOCK ) smart data.
Thanks,
