shared folder permission issue

I have an issue to access the smb shared folder from windows 10 during the windows ad authentication but it hasn't happened on some systems and the issue was resolved when I updated 11.2U5 to 11.2U6. Now the issue come online to kill me, so give me the solution

the same user log in another pc and then they can access the shared folder, checked with windows 10 version same as on all systems 1903
