Share folder access problem

I have installed 11 version but I can't access my windows share folder from a domain joined machine but I can access from fresh windows machine which not in a domain. Now, what can I do to access shared folder from a domain joined machine? Please help.

Hi.
The domain machine will try to authenticate with user and domain.
Try to add \ before your user name when login. if not working, try to prepend user with actual workgroup or ip of freenas: <freenas-workgroup>\user or <freenas-ip>\user
