Shadowproxy

So I trying to create shadowsocks proxy on my network so i can access it when I am visiting china. It located on blue network which basically is my orange network so i have below configuration and also my configure in my shadowsock. I can't access the proxy when I am outside (Using my mobile data). As the shadowsocks is install in freenas jail as now it on the same subnet for now but i will move it to my blue network after i get it working first. I not quite sure if the problem of the firewall or the jail, as the shadowsock is able to launch without any errors so i presume the configuration is correct. It seem like connecting to server is not a issues ... like even if type in wrong port it still connects but no internet access.

Basically my phone configuration (My testing device) where the port is essential the same but with server ip as my dynamic dns. When i go to test the internet it said internet unavailable plus with no single bytes sent or received which i presume mean it haven't connect to proxy server correctly.
