how to stream music using firefly to phone, ipod etc

Is it possible to stream music from firefly or miniDLNA to my iphone, ipod etc ?

I don't have any issues streaming across my computers (using iTunes) but what about other portable devices ?
Do I need a special app or do I need to configure my wifi network in a special manner ? My iphone happily connects to my wifi network but that don't allow access to my LAN or services such as firefly - what am I doing wrong here ????

ok, worked it out - simply downloaded the free "simple daap" client from apple store - once installed my firefly media is made available to the mobile device

Hopefully this helps someone else running into a similar issue :o
