shadow copies intermittent

hi guys,

Sorry if this is the wrong first time here. I have setup shadow copies and its not showing up in windows 10 but i can see the snapshots in the web GUI if i delete and recreate the share with a reboot it seems to fix the issue but then breaks again.

i have no idea where to start to begin to work out why :/

any help is much appreicated
