Does anyone know what exactly you get with the recovery service provider by the 5 yrs Seagate Ironwolf pro? I understand if it was a simple drive, perhaps they will try to recover the data and copy it on a drive for you. But in a NAS / raid configuration, there are no files to recover in the traditional sense. Unless you can clone the drive bit by bit section by section? Any insight would be appreciated
