SCALE Docker and NFS Mounts (via Docker)

Hello! I wanted to mount an NFS share in one of my docker application on TrueNas Scale Bluefin. It seems like it's possible according to this thread here (the user says he accomplished this with an init script) and when I google around I do see that docker supports mounting NFS shares. I'm confused as how I would go about doing this in the true scale interface, and would appreciate it if anyone could point me in the right direction.
