Scale 23.10.0.1 and Intel X710 Only Giving 1G Speeds

I'm running the current scale 23.10.0.1. Seems a debian issue in version 11 and 12 that isn't giving 10Gig speeds on XL710 nics. Will 23.10.1 be using debian 12.4 for the latest kernel? Anybody know a fix to get 10Gig speeds on XL710 nics? How can I upgrade to the current testing release of 23.10.1 to see if that fixes my issue. Pretty useless as a NAS with only 1gig speeds to transfer. Seeing same issue on OpenMediaVault, so it's not just Truenas, but a Debian issue more specifically. I have updated the firmware on the NIC card and that doesn't fix anything. Any help is appreciated.

Please change the title as you wrote Scale 23.10.1 and is about to be released, so you must add the 0 , like 23.10.0.1

SCALE 23.10.1 (Cobia) Code-freeze29 November 2023 Release date19 December 2023.

Thanks

Sorry, I guess it needs one more change in the title. You are correct, it's an X710 10GbE.

Let's step back a little, and go through in sequence, ensuring that the answer to each is "Yes" and let me know where it's "No"

Is your X710 negotiating a link speed of 10Gbps?
Are you able to reach 10Gbps (or reasonably close to it) using iperf between the two systems?
Is your copy dialog reporting in "GB/s"? Or is it "Gbps"?
