Hi,
I get something weird for me at each update release of Truenas with USB ports and particularly on two, first is usb boot key, second is EATON UPS.

So when relaese is applyied on first start after there's each time same behavior with those similar message coming infinitely on console until I stop UPS service.

Do you have any experience on this behavior ? What could be done to fix this ?
Thanks for your help.

Try using auto as the port, instead of /dev/ugen0.3.

OK, then this is a physical layer issue. On my system, my UPS connects on ugen0.4, but at FULL speed (12 Mbps). Yours connects at LOW speed (1.5 Mbps), which is apparently too slow for connectivity at boot. Try a different port, and use auto for the port for the UPS service to auto-detect the new port.
