Samba share regularly hangs for Windows 10 clients

I'm running SMB service on a TrueNAS Core with 512GB of RAM, a 24 Core Intel Gold CPU, and a 40Gig Nic to share data on Windows clients.
Everything works fine for a few days/hours, and then suddenly it starts to hang on heavy usage. And everything gets back to normal if I restart the SMB service.
So is there any specific reason behind smb share hang on Windows 10 clients regularly?
How to fix this?

Note:
1)SMB.conf is default unmodified and connected to active directory. Other than that everything is factory default.
2) I have added pcie 4 nvme for read/write cache
