I have a scenario where there is a samba share with ACL for Windows clients, it works very well for these clients.
Now, I have a new task; this share needs to be accessible to windows and linux clients while maintaining ACLs on Linux. It's possible?
I made a lab and I can browse files and folders in linux with CIFS, but I can't create new files and folders.
I tried to pass uid, gid and other permissions when setting up the share on linux, but the same thing happened.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Can anybody help me?
