RSync task file has vanished

I'm running a rsync task which I constantly get warnings about that it has failed. When I check the log the "failure" is because of some files vanished from the server during the time rsync was running. Getting a fail notice over this is unnecessary problem is I can't find a way of ignoring it. When I Google for it the solution seems to be to put rsync in a wrapper script where you handle the output but doing that with FreeNAS doesn't seem like an option.

Anyone has any idea of how I can handle the file has vanished error when running rsync through FreeNAS? Using --exclude is not an option since there are files all over the place that cause this error and it keeps changing.
