SOLVED Root can't login to web interface

We have a FreeNAS hardware solution that is not allowing root to login. The credentials we have written down have not changed. What else could be causing this?

We have pressed the reset button, toggled the power button allowed it to come back up. We do not see it on the NETWORK as we use to either, so the shares we had setup are no longer there.

Is there some other reset or something that can be done....would like to save the data but it's not critical.

Thoughts?

Looks like the hardware was not booting up. I was getting the motherboard remote management. It's been so long since I tried to login to the FreeNAS I didn't know.

Got the hardware booted up, and now the FreeNAS login screen is familiar and login worked as expected! Sorry for the trouble.
