Web GUI - Cannot Login...

Good morning,

I have a FN system running 11.3 and for the past 3 years I have never had any problems logging in to the WebGUI with my credentials. Now, as of about 3 days ago... I cannot log in. I arrived on site and connected a monitor, chose option 7 to reset GUI password, reset it... went back to a browser and still cannot login (does not like the password). I am using the user name of root.

However, I can PuTTY in with the reset credentials and also SSH in with the root user and newly changed password.

Any ideas on how to "fix" the GUI login ??

Dead boot media perhaps? What's it installed on? Does rebooting fix the issue? Be aware that if the boot media is bad, it may not come back at all when you reboot... so save your config file.
