I am in the process of resilvering a failed HDD in a RaidZ2 pool and the speed started out at ~275M/s, reached a peak of about ~330M/s and has been around ~305M/s the last hour or two and probably has about 2-3 hours to go. Probably looking at a total of about 7 hours to resilver about 8TB of actual data.

Are these speeds in the ballpark for my hardware specs (see below)? I'm limited to a gigabit ethernet connection and have never had an opportunity to really stress this system. Just curious what others are seeing for resilver speeds from their setups.

ZFS RaidZ2 (6x Seagate 4TB NAS, ST4000VN000)
LSI 2308 (IT/HBA mode) 6Gb/s
Xeon E3-1240v3 w/16GB DDR3 ECC
FreeNAS 9.2.1.6

There is no "ball park" for resilvering. Heavily fragmented pools may only be able to do 10-20MB/sec while pools full of just a few large files and is brand new will go faster.
